1. Safety Instructions

1.1 Notice for Use

  • The charging pile operators should receive professional training from Pudu technical support personnel.

  • The charging pile should be placed in a dry indoor environment at room temperature. Operation under high temperature (> 40 °C) or near water is strictly forbidden.

  • No one other than Pudu staff is authorized to disassemble the charging pile.

  • The charging pile should be removed from use when found damaged or in abnormal current.

  • The genuine power cord must be used. No third-party power cords are allowed.

  • Connect different models of adapters to the charging pile according to the signs. Please only connect one adapter to the charging pile at a time. Do not connect two or more adapters simultaneously.

  • The power cord should be well protected from being pulled and twisted.

  • The charging pile should be protected from collision with other objects.

  • The charging pile should not be used near flammables or explosives.

  • If the charging pile smokes or smells burnt, disconnect the power immediately and contact our staff.

  • The charging pile should not be moved from the designated place during use.

  • The charging pile can only be used with Pudu robots, but not with any third-party products.

  • Storage or operation in areas exposed to direct sunlight is strictly prohibited.

  • The robot should be separated from the charging pile if the light on the charging pile turns red (abnormal). When the light turns blue, the charging pile is available for use. If the red light persists, please contact Pudu staff.

1. 2 Working Environment

  • Working Temperature:0°C–40°C, relative humidity:≤ 85% (40°C);

  • Ambient Storage Temperature:-20°C-60°C, relative humidity:≤85%, 1 year;

  • Working Environment Requirements:

  1. The charging pile should be placed against a flat wall on a flat, dry floor.

  2. No reflective or transparent parts such as mirrors or glass are allowed near the working charging pile. If unavoidable, some adjustments to the working environment are necessary.

  3. No flammables are allowed near the charging pile.

  4. The charging pile should work in an open, unobstructed space (100 cm clearance in front and 50 cm clearance on both sides).

  1. When multiple charging piles are working at the same time, they should be placed at 100 cm intervals.

3. How to Use

3.1 Instructions

  • After connecting the adapter to the charging pile, plug it into the power source, and ensure that the front of the charging pile is facing forward.

  •  At the back of the charging pile, there are two wall knobs. These knobs can be adjusted according to the wall condition to help the charging pile remain parallel to the wall.

3.4 Maintenance and Care

  • If the charging pile is dirty or dusty, use a soft, clean cloth to wipe it clean.

  • Do not use chemical detergents or sprays for cleaning.

  • In case of cracks and deformations in the charging pile, please disconnect the power and contact our after-sales service in time.

4. After-Sale Services

4.1 Free Warranty Service

Pudu promises to provide free warranty services for the following cases within the effective warranty period (the warranty period varies for different parts) upon receipt of the product.

  • Non-human-induced quality issues with products normally used within the warranty period.

  • No unauthorized disassembly, no modification or addition unspecified by the manual, and other non-human-caused failures.

  • No tear or alteration to the product serial number label, factory labels, or other markings.

  • Provision of valid proof of purchase, documents, and bill numbers;

  • The damaged spare parts replaced during the free warranty period are owned by Pudu and shall be sent back as required.

Pudu also provides paid after-sales services not covered by the free warranty (beyond the warranty period or not in compliance with applicable terms during the free warranty period).

  • Pudu provides online and remote technical support, and customers need to cooperate with our technical engineers for problem diagnosis and troubleshooting.

  • If our technical engineers confirm that field service is necessary, professional technicians will be assigned for door-to-door service.

  • An After-Sales Service Record Form shall be filled in for after-sales services not covered by the free warranty.

  • Users need to pay for after-sales service and spare parts.
