1.  Can PuduBot 2 use a laser map from Bellabot?

Yes

2. Can PuduBot 2 use a fusion map from Bellabot?

PuduBot 2 can only use the laser part of the map, so if it wants to use a fusion map from Bellabot, you should modify the parameter in the map. 

3.  PuduBot 2 support marker mapping?

NO, it has no maker camera.

4.  The maxium height VSLAM can support?

30 m (98.43 ft)

5. Low map quality by VSLAM mapping or fusion mapping.

  1. Check if VSLAM camera surface is clean or not, get into preview interface to check.
  2. Check if the camera is covered when pushing the robot.
  3. Pushing speed too fast, recommend 0.5m/s (1.64 ft/s)

6.  Robot can not recognize the initial point after VSLAM mapping or fusion mapping.

Push the robot under the ceiling with obvious features and reposition itself.

Recommendation: Choose the ceiling with obvious features as the initial point.

7. what to do if VSLAM map fail to add boot point? How many boot points could be added at most?

1.boot point needs to be with obvious features.

2.Could add 16 boot points at most now.

8. How many docking modes PuduBot 2 has?

Three(check in pudu installer)

·       One-to-one Docking mode: Each robot has its fixed pickup location (docking location).

·       Free mode: Set multiple pickup locations (docking locations) for the robot to dock by priority, i.e., the robot chooses the nearest pickup location for docking.

·       Waiting mode: Set temporary docking location. When the robot has no task and there's no vacancy at the pickup locations (docking locations), the robot docks at the temporary docking location. Once a vacancy appears at a pickup location (docking location), the robot automatically goes there for docking.

9. Docking distance requirement?

At least 35 cm (13.78 in) between 2 robots, 15 cm (5.91 in) to the back wall, 35 cm (13.78 in) to the side wall.

 

10. PuduBot 2 supports inserting 4g card?

Yes

 

11. Minimum passable width of Pudubot 2?

0.8 m or above for one robot, 2 m or above for two robots. Path width should be more than 1.2m.

12. 欢乐送2 支持的最大爬坡角度?

5°, please don’t pause the robot on a slope.

13. Pudubot 2 head screen size?

Two types, 7-inch LCD screen and 10.1-inch LCD screen.

14. Pudubot 2 advertising screen size?

22~29.4 V; maximum current : 2A

16. How many trays Pudubot 2 can support and the tray load?

4 trays at most, normally 10kg/layer, maximum 13kg/layer

17. Pudubot 2 's  weight ?

7-inch screen robot: 37kg10.1-inch robot 39kg

18. How many types RGBD Pudubot 2 has and the smallest obstacle the RGBD can detect?

Two kinds of RGBD: HRT011 and Dabai MAX. If the robot uses Dabai MAX RGBD, the OS needs to be 2.0 or above. 

Small obstacle detection: within 1m, the smallest obstacle the RGBD can detect is 2cm.

19. Can we modify the Lidar parameters to change the robot sensing width of two sides? 

No

20. Pudubot 2 supports Bluetooth gate ?

Yes

21. minimum passable width,max surmountable height and gap

The minimum passable width is 75 cm (29.53 in), max surmountable height is 10 mm (0.39 in), the max surmountable gap no more than 15 mm (0.59 in).

22. What is the parking error of Pudubot 2?

Precise: 5- 10 cm / 1.97 in–3.94 in (away from the arrival point)

Normal: 5- 10 cm / 1.97 in–3.94 in (away from the arrival point)

23.  What kinds of music format Pudubot 2 support? When I can set the music to play?

24. How to activate the steady mode? What is the robot speed under steady mode?

Settings— speed – steady mode. When the steady mode is on , the maximum robot speed is 0.4m/s (1.31 ft/s). If you set a higher speed, the robot speed will be 0.4m/s (1.31 ft/s), if you set a speed slower than 0.4m/s (1.31 ft/s), the robot will move under the speed you set. The returning speed will not be affected by steady mode settings.

25. How many calling ways Pudubot 2 has?

Four ways calling: PuduBeeper, PuduLink, 4G watch, PuDu pager.

Notice: for PuduBeeper, PuduLink, 4G watch calling, the robot must be connected to a network and the “response call” is on.

26. Can I use the pager if the robot has no network connection?

Yes, but the robot must connect to the gateway.

27. How many tasks the pager can have at the same time and the task effective  duration?

48 tasks at most. The task will be invalid after 5 minutes if not exectued.
